The hotel shuttle bus was a great benefit for us, as we were attending a local event. The breakfast was diverse and offered a good selection of food. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful in recommending local places to see and eat.
The room was outdated and lacked basic amenities. The communal showers were inconvenient as they were closed during the morning cleaning time.

The hotel is located slightly further from the city center, but a shuttle service is provided for guests. The staff are generally charming and helpful, with the Manageress going above and beyond to ensure guests are well-catered for. Some rooms are small but compact, with private bathrooms, and the breakfast buffet offers plenty of delicious options.
Some aspects of the hotel are dated and facilities such as communal toilets and showers may be inconvenient for some guests.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging shuttle buses to and from the railway station for the rugby game we attended. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes to choose from and catered to all tastes. The hotel was clean and well-maintained.
There was nothing we didn't like.

We had a great time during our city break! The hotel provided a shuttle bus to and from the railway station for a small cost and even a free shuttle when we left. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and had something for every taste. We loved the fact that we were able to explore the area easily thanks to the hotel's great location. , we appreciated the free internet access that allowed us to stay connected during our stay.
It was inconvenient to have to use the communal toilet and showers, which were closed for cleaning in the morning at a strange time. The uncomfortable mattresses on the floor and the smelly room were also not ideal.
